We stand behind every formula. If you're not happy with your skin after using SKNELEMENT, we'll make it right.

Our 30-day promise
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. If our products aren't right for you — for any reason — email us at contact@sknelement.com and we'll issue a full refund of the product price.

Because skincare has to be used to be judged, our guarantee covers opened products too. In most cases you won't need to send anything back — we'll confirm by email.

How to request a refund
1. Email contact@sknelement.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. We'll confirm your refund and any next steps.
3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

What's not covered
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
