Every product takes 12 to 18 months from concept to launch. Here's the four-step process behind every Element we make.

Every product starts with a question: does your skin actually need this? We don't launch new products to fill a catalog. We launch when there's a gap our existing range can't address — and when we believe we can do it better than what's already on the market.

If a product doesn't earn its place in the ritual, it doesn't ship.

Research proven actives.

We only work with ingredients that have peer-reviewed research behind them. No trend-chasing, no marketing-grade additions. The selection process focuses on three criteria: clinical efficacy, skin tolerance, and ethical sourcing.
